Life coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals identify and achieve their personal goals. The coach works with the client to create a plan of action and provides support and guidance throughout the process. Many times when your emotions get jumbled up and your thoughts are racing it becomes difficult to discern what needs attention first, coaching can help you see where your thoughts are not what you would like and gives you tools to manage them.
Life coaching can help individuals improve their self-awareness, develop new skills, create a plan for achieving their goals, and overcome obstacles that may be holding them back from success. Overall coaching, when it is utilized, has the capacity to increase your quality of life and help you live in the present without regrets.
Life coaching sessions can vary in length, but typically last between 30 minutes to an hour. The frequency of sessions can also vary depending on the needs of the client. My individual sessions are typically 50 minutes. Group sessions are approximately one hour. I offer both a 6 week package and a 12 week package. The package consists of weekly sessions.
