The problem happens when there is so much you aren't able to effectively function in your world. I can help you manage stress and anxiety through coaching and mindfulness techniques. We will work together to identify your stress triggers and develop coping strategies to help you achieve a more balanced and peaceful life. Integrating the use of essential oils in the process ramps it up and magnifies the results.
